Things I'm personally loving lately, which you can use as Mother's Day Gift ideas since that's coming up. Soon.

1) The Terra Kaffe espresso machine makes the most delicious cafe quality coffee beverages and actually looks aesthetically pleasing sitting on the counter. Two requirements I absolutely would not cave on during my search for a new dream machine.
2) My friend Rachel Pally turned me onto Krewe sunglasses and their styles are all too cool.
3) I wanted new ballet flats for Spring and took a chance on Quince. Wow, they are beautifully made and very comfortable.
4) They pair well with a black bucket bag from Mansur Gavriel.
5) A simple and inexpensive clean beauty scalp serum from Odele that immediately soothes and refreshes.
6) The new Tahini Baby cookbook from Eden Grinshpan is a Mediterranean inspired vegetarian heavy wonderland of new recipes. I went to her book signing and I follow her on IG. She truly is as warm, vivacious, and passionate as she seems.
7) I have been going to Sweat Yoga 5x/week for the past month and I cannot get enough. I don't know who I am anymore. I highly recommend a trial at your local hot yoga studio to see if you like it too. You may become equally as obsessed as me.
8) Are we doing creatin supplements now? Apparently I am when I learned its not only for gym bros to gain bulk. For women, it improves energy levels and aids in sleep, increases muscle and bone density, improves mood and cognition, and regulates menstrual cycles. Ugh, I'm mad at myself for not taking it sooner.

Interestingly, while exploring some of the things I’m loving lately, I realized how much design and functionality play a role in our everyday experiences—whether it’s the cozy interiors at home or the efficiency of spaces we visit. This idea connects directly to modern healthcare facilities, where even the smallest elements, like OT doors and hospital theatre doors, have a huge impact on overall safety and hygiene. Just as we appreciate thoughtfully designed spaces in our daily lives, hospitals rely on well-designed doors to maintain a controlled, sterile environment.
Another factor to consider is how the principles of design and utility meet at the intersection of innovation and necessity. In hospitals, operation theatre doors aren’t just doors—they are critical components that help manage…
Interestingly, just as I’ve been exploring new things I’m loving lately—whether it’s tech gadgets, sustainable living tips, or smart solutions for everyday life—I’ve noticed a similar trend in the world of agriculture, particularly in modern poultry farming. The shift toward innovation, efficiency, and sustainability isn’t just limited to the tech or lifestyle space; it’s transforming traditional practices in industries like poultry as well. This connection between adopting smarter methods in daily life and in farming highlights how efficiency and innovation can make a real difference.
For instance, in the past, many people viewed poultry farming as a simple process—building a basic shelter, feeding the birds, and waiting for growth or egg production. But today, whether it’s a small poultry farm,…
While exploring things I’m loving lately, I’ve noticed a recurring theme in my daily observations: efficiency and the little hacks that make life smoother. Whether it’s an app that helps me organize tasks better, a smart gadget that simplifies routines, or even the subtle ways a workspace is arranged, I’ve become increasingly fascinated by how small adjustments can create significant improvements. Interestingly, this personal appreciation for efficiency mirrors a concept that’s incredibly important in the professional and industrial world—work measurement. Just as we seek to optimize our personal workflows, organizations rely on systematic methods to ensure that every task is performed efficiently and effectively.
This connection may not seem obvious at first glance, but there’s a lot to learn from…
