A sweet 1920s Craftsman bungalow in Santa Monica received a facelift and an expansion with the addition of the master suite and the new kitchen. A labor of love that spanned almost 3 years from design development, permitting, and build-out before the young family could finally move in and call it home.  The laid back modern coastal style exemplifies the value of timeless design that will outlast trends while waiting for the build to come to completion in 2020.
