Ladera Heights III

One of Natalie's notable projects in her own neighborhood of Ladera Heights was the ambitious renovation of a dated 1960s ranch house, transforming it into the modern coastal home of a young couple's dreams. The project involved addressing a structurally questionable second-floor addition and redesigning the interiors to incorporate Mediterranean-inspired elements. Curves were integrated throughout the home with arches, cutouts, and rounded corners on the bar and kitchen island, complementing the original red Spanish-style roof. Luxe stone and gold-toned accents were used generously, adding a worldly and glamorous touch that reflects the owners' style. Spanning almost two years, this remarkable transformation was completed in 2023.
