Another project in Natalie's own neighborhood of Ladera Heights was an ambitious endeavor to renovate a dated 1960's ranch house with a structurally questionable second floor addition into the modern coastal home of a young couple's dreams. Curves were incorporated throughout the home in the form of arches, cutouts, and the bar and kitchen island corners to guide the interiors in a more Mediterranean direction and reference the home's original red Spanish style roof. Luxe stone and gold toned accents were generously incorporated throughout the build for a worldly and glamorous touch, reflective of the owners themselves.  Spanning almost 2 years and completed 2023.
