A young family with a third cutie on the way was eager to move into their newly acquired house. The only glitch was it needed a full renovation and the addition of two new bathrooms carved out of existing spaces. The kitchen, bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms were reconfigured, designed, and constructed at a speedy clip with a nod to a new traditional cottage feel. Along with the kitchen and bathroom renovation, the windows and doors were replaced, the stairway was thoughtfully revived, built-in storage cabinets were added, and the exterior elements updated. With warmth and originality, the new home feels both fresh and timeless for one charmed family. Completed 2024.
