An exhaustive New Build project in the flats of Beverly Hills spanning years of effort. Natalie was involved from the inception, working closely with the Owner, Architects, and Landscape Architect to create a modernist vision of sophistication and warmth. The five bedroom seven bath 7500 square foot house features an impressive interplay between indoor and outdoor zones through massing and negative space, plentiful natural light, luxury materials, a home theater, pool, and spa. New construction in LA can tend to veer towards the splashy. By carefully considering every detail and staying faithful to the original concept, the house promises to be welcoming and heartfelt.
