A boring builder grade 1800 SF house with spectacular Pacific Ocean views was transformed into an airy, beachy modern vacation home for a gracious couple and their lucky weekend guests.

 

From top to bottom, the home vibrates with the modern bohemian California cool energy the studio is known for. So much so that the couple is considering downsizing from their main residence and taking up full time occupancy.
