Redondo Beach New Construction

A couple building their new construction dream home called on Veneer to help conceptualize the interior and exterior spaces in the initial building stages. A modern beach house that meshes within the context of its locale, meets the cool midcentury vibes of Palm Springs where the couple married and vacations often. A minimal open floor plan and high ceilings boast a mixed use of both glassy white surfaces, warm walnut built-ins, concrete and wood floors. Sassy brass lighting and accents, an extra tall orange entry door the same shade as the Parker Palm Springs hotel, vintage dressers repurposed into bathroom vanity cabinets are a few examples of unique touches that make the residence unlike anything the neighbors have seen.
